Qualification Bonus

Pays the distributor a cash amount or a prize, defined in the Career Plan, when they reach a rank. In MMNWEB, no rank is ever lost: once earned, it belongs to them.

How it works

Each rank has criteria (volume, team, points — per the plan) and a reward. Cash × prize: when the reward is a physical prize the company ships, the cash bonus option should not be checked — checking both means the company pays double (the prize and the cash). The system allows it, but it needs to be a conscious decision.

Sample table simple model — names and amounts come from your plan

  • Bronze — R$ 50 in cash
  • Silver — R$ 100 in cash
  • Gold — R$ 300 in cash
  • Diamond — R$ 1,000 + a prize of equivalent value chosen by the company

Configurable parameters

Names and number of ranks, criteria, cash amount and/or prize per rank.

Important

A rank that rewards sales and consumption produces leaders who teach people to sell; a rank that only rewards sign-ups produces the opposite. The network becomes whatever the career plan rewards.

Golden rule of the plan: the sum of the maximum percentages of all bonuses configured in the project cannot exceed the company's net profit. The bonuses are not a mandatory package — you choose which ones to use, and setup balances the math before turning any of them on.
