Referral Bonus

Pays a percentage, up to 12 levels deep, on the net value of any order containing a Kit — the enrollment product. It is the bonus that rewards those who bring people into the network.

How it works

The direct sponsor receives the level-1 percentage; their sponsor receives level 2; and so on, up to the configured depth (max. 12). Each level can have its own percentage. Since the Kit is normally purchased only at enrollment and at Renewal, in practice the bonus triggers at those two moments.

With or without compression — a setup choice. If a distributor in the line is Inactive: without compression, the amount earmarked for them is held in the system (the company can release it later, individually or in bulk) and the active members above still receive their levels normally; with compression, the amount that would go to the inactive distributor rolls up to the levels above.

Numerical example illustrative

Kit of R$ 500 (net) · configured levels: 5% / 3% / 2%

  • Direct sponsor (level 1): R$ 25
  • Sponsor's sponsor (level 2): R$ 15
  • Level 3: R$ 10

Total bonus cost on this enrollment: R$ 50 (10% of the Kit).

Configurable parameters

Number of levels (up to 12), percentage per level, compression on/off, and which Kits trigger it.

Important

The percentages must come from the product margin: digital products (higher margin) support higher percentages; physical products call for lower ones.

Golden rule of the plan: the sum of the maximum percentages of all bonuses configured in the project cannot exceed the company's net profit. The bonuses are not a mandatory package — you choose which ones to use, and setup balances the math before turning any of them on.
