Short and in plain English: what we collect, why, who we share it with, and for how long — including audience metrics (Google Analytics) and the data from your system subscription.

Forms (contact, demo, simulator, and plan by email): name, email, WhatsApp, company, message and, when you use the simulator, the parameters of the plan you built. We use them exclusively to answer your request and carry out the sales conversation you asked for — legal basis: procedures preliminary to a contract at the data subject's request (art. 7, V, of the LGPD, Brazil's data protection law).
IP address and technical origin of the submission (which page it came from, whether you arrived via search, an AI assistant, or a shared link): stored with the lead to prevent abuse and fraud in the forms and to give context to the follow-up — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). We do not use this information for advertising.
Audience metrics: besides our own aggregated count (per day, page, and source, without identifying anyone), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, clicks on contact buttons, and simulator usage. GA4 uses Google cookies/identifiers and processes data such as truncated IP and browser characteristics — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). We do not send Google your name, email, or phone number. You can block these cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
We use one strictly functional session cookie (it protects the forms and expires when you close your browser) and the Google Analytics 4 statistics cookies described above. There are no advertising cookies.
We do not sell or hand over your data. It passes through the technical processors required to operate: hosting provider, email service (Amazon SES), Google Analytics (metrics) and, when you subscribe to the system, the payment gateway of your choice (Stripe or Mercado Pago) — which receives your card data directly from your browser, without going through our server.
Sales leads are stored for as long as the relationship or the conversation you started lasts, or until you ask us to delete them. Aggregated metrics (which identify no one) are kept for historical site analysis.
When you subscribe to MMNWEB, we collect the registration data required for the contract and the invoice (name/company name, CPF/CNPJ, address, contact details) and record your electronic acceptance (IP, date/time, contract version and hash). Card data does not touch our servers — it goes straight to the gateway. As for the data you enter inside the system (your customers and distributors), you are the controller and Fragasoft is the processor (LGPD).
Retention when the contract ends:

Before final deletion, you can request an export of your data via ticket.
