When your store makes a sale, the payment gateway (Stripe or Mercado Pago) automatically splits 2% to Fragasoft and deposits the rest straight into your account — it's the gateway's native split. No extra invoice, no manual billing: if you don't sell, Fragasoft doesn't earn.
No. The SaaS plan is monthly, with no lock-in: when you cancel, you use it until the end of the paid period and that's it. Canceled within the 14-day trial? You pay nothing.
Migration of data, network and history is a separate service, quoted case by case after we review the source system — you see the price before you decide.
When your operation requires a binary network, an installation independent of the multitenant, custom modifications, a dedicated server or personal support via WhatsApp/Teams. It's quoted by scope — talk to us.
The US$ 180/month price is reserved for the first 100 sign-ups. Spots must be reserved through the contact form and the sign-up must be completed by August 10, 2026. After signing, the contract's annual IPCA adjustment still applies.
