Profit Sharing Bonus

Distributes a fixed amount in reais (R$) (never a percentage) to each eligible Active member on the defined dates — daily, weekly, monthly, as the plan determines. The amount can differ by Plan/Kit, and members without a Kit do not participate.

How it works

In practice, this is the select group bonus: partners, founders, or a restricted set of participants defined by the company's plan. The amount distributed should be a profit projection — which is why the engine requires a fixed amount: an open percentage of future profit is a blank check.

Numerical example illustrative

Founder Plan: R$ 200/month per Active member, paid on the 15th · Partner Plan: R$ 80/month. 10 founders + 25 active partners → a predictable monthly cost of R$ 4,000.

Fixed amount per Plan/Kit, payment day(s), eligibility.

Important

Predictability is the point: the maximum cost = amount × eligible active members — projectable before you turn it on.

Golden rule of the plan: the sum of the maximum percentages of all bonuses configured in the project cannot exceed the company's net profit. The bonuses are not a mandatory package — you choose which ones to use, and setup balances the math before turning any of them on.
