Engine concepts

The terms that appear in every bonus — the official MMNWEB vocabulary. Read this page first; the rest of the documentation assumes you speak the language.

Kit

A product model in the store that represents the enrollment plan. The Kit model is exclusive: no other product type can use it. Kits always generate points for the binary and are the foundation of the Referral Bonus.

Kit Upgrade

A product with the complementary value between one Kit and another — going from Kit A at R$ 500 to Kit B at R$ 1,000 generates an Upgrade of R$ 500. It goes into the cart on its own and generates points like any Kit. The foundation of the Upgrade Bonus.

Monthly Activation

A product model for maintaining active status: the distributor needs to purchase it every 30 days (an order meeting a configured minimum value, with no Kits in the cart). A practical calibration reference: between 10% and 30% of the Kit value, depending on the business model. It is the foundation of the Activation bonus and of the Active/Inactive status.

Renewal

The repurchase of the distributor's own Kit — optional within the compensation plan, typically every six or twelve months. Identified by the Renovação product model; it triggers the Renewal Bonus and the Referral Bonus.

Active / Inactive

Anyone who doesn't purchase the Monthly Activation on time becomes Inactive — and while inactive, all bonuses are blocked and withdrawal requests are suspended. As soon as a new activation order is processed, the status returns to Active immediately. Bonuses withheld during the inactivity period can be released by the company — individually or in bulk — as a management decision, not an automatic rule.

Points

Every product can carry points. By system default, 1 point = R$ 1 — and the point value is configurable by the company. Points feed the binary; every point-bearing product counts, including Renewals and Upgrades.

Closing

In current versions of the system, all bonuses are generated automatically; the company chooses the generation period during setup — from per-order closing to a daily or longer cycle, depending on the bonus.

The golden rule

The sum of the maximum percentages of all configured bonuses cannot exceed the company's net profit. You are not required to use every bonus — you pick the ones that serve your idea, and the math has to balance before any of them is switched on.

Setup and training

The initial setup is done by Fragasoft, bonus by bonus, according to the client's compensation plan — and it comes with training so your team can operate and modify the system on its own afterwards. A compensation plan is not a template: it's configuration.

Typical combinations by segment

The choice is always the client's, but here is the pattern we see in production:

  • Cosmetics: Referral + Sales + Monthly Activation
  • Mattresses: Referral + Sales + Monthly Activation + Qualification
  • Digital products / courses: Referral + Sales + Monthly Activation + Qualification + Binary
  • Health plans: Referral + Sales + Binary

Start with: Referral Bonus · Binary Bonus · Monthly Activation
